Toobelcain is a paranoid, conspiracy theorist who feels it important to communicate with teammates using a series of incomprehensible clicks, whistles, and hand gestures which he calls "Battle tongues."
His primary attack is springing in for extra skirmish damage then retreating using his great speed. More than anything else, he would like boots of speed.
Toobelcain believes that the true villain in this campaign is a group called the Illumillithid, a secret cabal of mind flayers who seek to eat everyone's brains.
